Join Infinity Wellness Collective for a restorative lunchtime experience designed for busy professionals, caregivers, leaders, and anyone who could use a peaceful pause in the middle of the week.

This unique experience begins with a gentle yin yoga practice to help release tension from the body, followed by an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath that encourages deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.

No experience is necessary. Simply arrive as you are.

We’ll provide the space to pause.

• Time to breathe, reset, and reconnect before returning to your day

Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket a small cushion and a travel mug for tea. A limited number of yoga mats will be available to use.
